As a Managing Consultant at Teamservices, you play a key role in our team. You lead and develop a team of professionals, drawing on your understanding of figures and financial data. You motivate and mentor your colleagues, helping them succeed through thorough analysis and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of construction company clients.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and help it grow.
  • Work with your team to improve our services.
  • Produce and deliver detailed construction project dashboards each month.
  • Collect and analyse financial data from client databases.
  • Communicate actively with project managers and clients to share findings and results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to developing your team members’ skills.
  • Help build knowledge within Teamservices and support the trainer.
  • Build your professional profile effectively, both within and outside the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of, and a passion for, financial analysis and data.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to personal and professional development.
