RIB 4.0 · Workforce management
From workforce planning to checked time records.
Who is available, where is the crew assigned and have all hours been reviewed? As an HR manager, you connect site operations with personnel administration. RIB 4.0 supports that collaboration with employee data, deployment planning and digital time recording linked to projects.
Coordinate people across construction sites
Planning on one site affects the rest of the business. Resource planning brings together the planned deployment of employees and helps you agree with project managers who is needed where.
A shared overview helps when employees move between projects or additional staff are requested. You can compare available capacity with what delivery will require in the coming period.
Take absences into account when planning availability
Leave, other absences and training affect availability. That information can be drawn from employee records so deployment planning and timesheet preparation reflect the known situation.
Agree on who updates the records and when changes are communicated. This avoids a site planning for a full crew when an employee is unavailable.
Digital timesheets reviewed by the responsible manager
Employees or crew supervisors can record hours on desktop or through the mobile application. Time entries are linked to projects, activities and the configured payroll components.
The responsible manager checks the hours before further processing. Missing entries, an incorrect project allocation or an unusual time entry can then be discussed while the details are still fresh.
Connect to your payroll administration
Checked time records provide the basis for subsequent processing. A configured integration or export can supply the required information to your payroll application or payroll service provider.
Teamservices aligns time codes, payroll components and exchange schedules with your organisation and the receiving system. Payroll is then calculated according to the arrangements in your payroll administration.
Use the same hours for project controls
Project management needs the same records to monitor labour hours. Linking them to completed work helps compare actual resource use with the allowance in the estimate.
Checked hours can therefore support both personnel administration and budget monitoring. Roles and access permissions define which information the site team, HR department and project controller need for their tasks.
