Junior ERP Consultant for Construction at Teamservices

To strengthen our team in Antwerp, we are looking for a Junior Application Expert / ERP Business Analyst who is eager to learn and contribute to digital transformation projects in construction.

What will you do?

As a Junior Application Expert / ERP Business Analyst, you are a key link between the business and the software. You do not need years of experience: we provide thorough onboarding and support.

You will:

  • learn to work with an ERP system designed specifically for construction (estimating, projects, cost monitoring, planning, reporting, etc.);

  • help analyse how our clients currently work and explore how their processes can be improved and made more efficient;

  • help with implementing and configuring the ERP system (settings, screens, parameters, reports, etc.);

  • test new features and check that everything works correctly for end users;

  • contribute to manuals, work instructions and documentation;

  • support key users and end users: answer questions, demonstrate how things work and help find solutions;

  • work closely with fellow Teamservices consultants, with room to gradually take on more responsibility.

During your first few months, you will complete an intensive onboarding programme, learning about our approach, the construction sector and the ERP system. You then develop your skills through client projects.


Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in applied computing, economics, business studies, construction engineering or a related field, or can demonstrate an equivalent level through experience.

  • You are interested in construction, project-based working and/or ERP software.

  • You enjoy thinking about how a business works: processes, steps, responsibilities, etc.

  • You are eager to learn, analytical and willing to ask questions.

  • You communicate confidently and explain things clearly to others.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.

Experience with ERP or construction is welcome, but certainly not essential. Your motivation and ability to learn matter just as much to us.
