With a focus on sharing knowledge to achieve results, we are looking for a Managing Consultant to join our team in Antwerp. Are you the motivated leader with a passion for figures and financial data we are looking for?<\/p>\n

As a Managing Consultant at Teamservices, you play a key role in our team. You lead and develop a team of professionals, drawing on your understanding of figures and financial data. You motivate and mentor your colleagues, helping them succeed through thorough analysis and data-informed decisions.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of construction company clients.<\/li>\n
  • Lead a team of financial analysts and help it grow.<\/li>\n
  • Work with your team to improve our services.<\/li>\n
  • Produce and deliver detailed construction project dashboards each month.<\/li>\n
  • Collect and analyse financial data from client databases.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate actively with project managers and clients to share findings and results.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Actively contribute to developing your team members\u2019 skills.<\/li>\n
  • Help build knowledge within Teamservices and support the trainer.<\/li>\n
  • Build your professional profile effectively, both within and outside the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams.<\/li>\n
    • In-depth knowledge of, and a passion for, financial analysis and data.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.<\/li>\n
    • A proactive approach to personal and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
