Junior Financial Analyst at Teamservices<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Teamservices, we aim to provide construction companies with the best operational and financial software solutions. We are currently looking for a financial analyst who is committed to delivering high-quality financial and IT services. Will you join our team in Antwerp?<\/p>\n

As a financial analyst at Teamservices, you play a key role in our team. You have a passion for figures and can carry out in-depth financial analyses with attention to detail. Your conclusions are always well supported, and your communication skills enable you to explain complex data clearly and professionally to the different stakeholders in a construction project.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Take responsibility for the financial monitoring of one specific construction company client.<\/li>\n
  • Produce and deliver detailed construction project dashboard reports each month.<\/li>\n
  • Extract and analyse financial data from client databases.<\/li>\n
  • Analyse data to identify trends, variances and developments.<\/li>\n
  • Meet regularly with project managers and clients to share and discuss findings.<\/li>\n
  • Develop your own skills and those of others, including building an effective professional profile.<\/li>\n
  • Complete an intensive onboarding programme during your first 6 months, followed by on-the-job experience with direct client contact.<\/li>\n
  • Keep up with the latest developments and trends in financial software for construction and share new insights with the community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Strong analytical skills and a passion for figures and data.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Dutch.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in financial analysis and data processing.<\/li>\n
    • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and colleagues.<\/li>\n
    • A proactive approach to personal and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
